Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the USA and Canada, with a few exceptions, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

What are your shipping options + cost?

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.


The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the order is placed. 
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to the destination. After processing and leaving the store, items usually take between 10 to 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

When will my order be delivered?

For in-stock orders, standard shipping typically takes an estimated 2-3 weeks in transit.

Custom order lead times represent the complete timeframe from the start of production to delivery. For detailed information about our Custom Order Policy and lead times, please refer to our Store Policy page.

Standard Shipping includes delivery to the threshold, defined as the "first dry area or garage," or the lobby/service area of a high-rise building.

For White Glove Delivery, transit is estimated at 2-5 weeks. This service includes a scheduled delivery appointment, indoor delivery (up to one flight of stairs), item placement, and removal of large packaging materials. If you’re considering a return, please hold onto the original packaging.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase! If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, you can reach out to us through the contact form on our Contact Us page. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery or pick-up and the product must be in its original packaging and like-new condition to be eligible.
